One pre owned Leaflet Inserter Model 304, All fabricated parts are made of stainless steel or anodized aluminum. All hardware is stainless steel.
The feeders are freestanding units interfaced with the customer's conveyor. Feed screw, spacer wheel and miss feed detectors are conveyor mounted.
Fully adjustable for round or space saver bottles, 40cc to 1200cc. Hand wheel adjustment is provided to raise and lower the unit to accommodate different bottle height. Simplified leaflet trays for convenient no mess/one shot loading of leaflets into the hoppers. Operator interface panel consisting of a data keypad and touch screen display. Conveyor Included for additional cost.
